Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using ItSave.app (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the operators of ItSave.app ("we," "us," or "our"). Use of the Service signifies your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of the Service

ItSave.app provides a web-based tool that allows users to input a publicly accessible URL and retrieve a list of images found on the corresponding web page. Users may then preview, select, and download those images individually or as a ZIP archive. The Service is provided free of charge.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. Permitted uses include:

  • Downloading images you own or have explicit permission to download
  • Archiving publicly available, non-copyrighted imagery for personal or research use
  • Extracting assets from websites you operate or control

You must not use the Service to:

  • Violate terms of third-party services: Use the Service in a manner that violates the terms of service of the website being scraped.
  • Cause harm: Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or third-party servers, including excessive automated requests.
  • Collect personal data: Extract images containing personally identifiable information without consent.
  • Distribute illegal content: Download or share images that are defamatory, obscene, or otherwise illegal.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service itself — its code, design, and documentation — is released under the MIT License and is available on GitHub.

We make no claim to any images extracted through the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of extracted images complies with applicable copyright law and the licensing terms of the source website.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF — OR INABILITY TO USE — THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Rate Limiting and Abuse Prevention

To ensure fair access for all users, we reserve the right to impose rate limits or temporarily block IP addresses that submit an unusually high volume of requests. Automated scripts or bots that abuse the Service may be permanently banned.

The Service accesses third-party websites at your direction. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of those websites. Accessing a third-party website through our Service does not mean we endorse or are affiliated with that website.
